React & Node.Js Developer

As a Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Work directly with the CEO to bring game-changing healthcare products to life.
• Use AI heavily for coding, testing, and prototyping to accelerate development.
• Design and develop high-performance web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Solve real-world healthcare challenges while ensuring HIPAA/GDPR compliance.
• Build scalable APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure for maximum performance.
• Ship fast & iterate based on real customer feedback—because speed matters.
• Be ready to work overtime when needed—this isn’t just a job.

What We’re Looking For:

• Mastery of JavaScript & TypeScript.
• Frontend: Expertise in React.js, Next.js, and modern UI frameworks (MUI, Tailwind, or similar).
• Backend: Strong skills in Node.js, Express.js, and API development.
• Databases: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
• AI-Driven Development: Experience using AI-powered tools for coding, testing, and rapid prototyping.
• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
• Security & Compliance: Knowledge of VAPT, HIPAA, GDPR, and secure coding practices.
• Good to have: Experience with Django & Python for backend development.
• Bonus: Background in healthcare software, FHIR, HL7, AI coding assistant (like replit).
